Our client, a leading bank is looking to recruit a UI/UX Specialist who will perform the following responsibilities:• Coordinate and execute the retail external communications calendar, via all identified channels (emails/website/ SMS /call scripts). • Gather input from all retail HQ business units (Distribution, Products, segments, and alternative channels) to develop the retail external communications calendar. While ensuring strict adherence to the calendar and allowance of 10% deviation from the calendar. • Develop, revise and all our retail pages on the website are up to date (web parts for each of the business segments, discount pages, product information, customer care, complaints forms and resolution)  • Support Retail’s marketing strategy, by executing the retail annual events calendar and coordinate the Retail Marketing requirements of Products, segments and alternative channels teams. • Drive adoption and user support management of retail frontline efficiency tools Customer File and uTrack. Serve as the first line of issue resolution. • Gather input from all retail HQ teams to develop and execute the retail social media calendar on all the bank's social media channels (Instagram/ Twitter and Facebook). Share social media engagement reports with the teams.- Develop and review and seek approval from corporate communications for all external communications (SMS, email, website content, call centre scripts)  - Define the target audience per communication- Deliver Segmented and sub-segmented communications in line with the banks omnichannel drive. Execute the retail marketing strategy, by coordinating all marketing requirements of Products, segmentsand alternative channels teams. - Coordinate all marketing initiatives such as the quarterly campaigns, planograms, campaign approval process, reporting, the campaign draws, Segment events, Financial planning seminars. - Post mortem on campaigns - Measure ROI on marketing activity - Bimonthly campaign performance reporting. Ensure strict adherence to the retail social media calendar, ensure adherence on (Instagram/ Facebook/ twitter) and measure engagement (mentions/ retweets/ reposts) effectiveness.Support frontline staff on the use of all frontline sales tools such as CRM (CustomerFile) and performance management (uTrack)
