Job Overview: The project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects for the various lines of businesses within the group. This includes execution of strategic goals through projects, programmes and other initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will display a high level of professionalism, diligence,a large appetite for knowledge, tenacity, resourceful, integrity, openness and the ability to work within a team.Key Responsibilities:Making or ensuring effective project planning; complete identification of project activities and work outputs, accurate schedule and budget estimation, effective resource allocation, effective communication planning, effective identification & quantification of risks & mitigation strategies Ensuring an effective project execution through effective project tracking and monitoring of actual vs planned project activities enterprise wide Effective and accurate project reporting through the reporting of projects, programmes and portfolios progress and, effective escalation mechanisms when requiredIdentifying innovative ways to manage projects and carry out other tasks effectively with the use of technology or other meansMeeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, and stakeholders
