Our Client, a new Non-Interest Bank is looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, maintaining and deploying the state-of-the-art physical infrastructure behind the Bank infrastructure solution.
  • Deploying and maintain the Bank’s Data Center Hyper Converged and Network Infrastructure.
  • Deploying and maintain the Bank’s Data Center Firewall and Endpoint Infrastructure.
  • Participating in or lead project teams on other installations and develop project contingency plans.
  • The end to end provision of services to support the consumer-facing products especially enquirers made through the Call Center Executives.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Head, Information & Communication Technology

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate must meet the following requirement:

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing core identity management, storage, network, and other Data Centre Technologies in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting computer devices and server hardware.
  • Experience with networking protocols.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technology
  • Experience navigating and troubleshooting operating systems.
  • Must be able to seamlessly translate business drivers and needs to technical SME's as well as translate technical concepts to business stakeholders, project management and executive leaders.
  • Certified in TOGAF and/or ITIL
  • Must have experience in Reference Architectures around Data Centre Designs, Active/Active Data Centres, Data Centre Migrations, SDN Implementations, Cloud Integrations, Automation and Orchestration Strategies, Core LAN & WAN Designs, Voice Technologies, Security, and Data Centre Technologies.
  • Wide experience across multiple technology domains (Storage/Networking/Compute/Virtualization/Security/Applications).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Strong customer facing & presentation skills as well as having a proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working within a data centre or network operation centre environment.
  • Experience in project leadership and management.
