Zonal Sales Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in the FMCG industry is
looking to hire a Zonal Sales Manager who would be responsible for d
irecting and overseeing
the organisation's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and
long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales program.
Operation managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and
mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing
data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  •  Meeting planned sales goals.
  •  Developing your sales team through
    motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Ensure that the sales department works
    cross functionally with executives from other departments and others.


The ideal candidate:

  • Must have 5 years experience in Sales/Retail area.
  • Must have be a graduate of Commerce, Economics, Marketing and Sales
  • Must have proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing sales teams.
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the
    company’s market.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion
    for sales.
