Our client is a  Nigerian  based  integrated  indigenous  Oil  and  Gas  services company 


Job Details

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Accurate and timely completion of all documentation required for work performed 
  • Working offshore, installing new equipment and testing it afterwards 
  • Fault-finding and carrying out routine repairs 
  • Maintaining and modifying existing equipment 
  • Interpreting and working from technical drawings 
  • Working with mechanical and hydraulic equipment such as high pressure pumps, hand tools and specialized mechanical tooling
  • Taking part in risk assessments 
  • Completing technical reports with details of work carried out 
  • When onshore, being on call to go out at short notice to carry out a repair job on a rig, platform or drill ship.

Requirements

Inspection Qualifications 

  • Physical Inspections (with use of IS camera) 
  • NDT Inspections 

Installation Qualifications 

  • Assembly of stainless steel cable trays, cable ladders, structural steel supports on FPSO (using bolt fasteners) 
  • Cold cutting 
  • Hot bolting 

All offshore Certificates (BOSIET with EBS pressurized, OSP…) 

Minimum 3 years of experience in the IOC Upstream Environment.
