Job Responsibilities Position the Organisation as the go-to place for Tech Recruitment Develop tools and methodologies to screen and identify top Developers Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients. Help organisations close Tech talent needs gap Pro-actively source for business opportunities around tech talents recruitment and development globally. Successfully organize tech events Build and nurture community for software developers Generate thought leadership articles and contents to educate the market on tech recruitment.
Requirements
Requirement Must have business development and customer service experience. Prior experience as a software developer Good experience in engineering management Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and talent Ability to use prudent judgment and problem solving skills to make reasonable decisions and recommendations. Must have strong knowledge and influence in the technology space – local and abroad Ability to execute start-up strategy Notable and influential in the tech community Management experience that spans recruitment and technology, Entrepreneurial and start up mindset with a strong bias for technology and innovation Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be a self-starter – who needs little or no management

Preventive Maintenance Specialist– Packaging
The Preventive Maintenance Specialist is responsible for planned maintenance activities geared towards preventing equipment breakdowns and ensuring that processes are maintained in a fashion that ensures optimal equipment reliability via execution of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tasks, while technically supporting operators at the same time. Roles & ResponsibilitiesExecutes Planned Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities (including overhauls) in his work area according to set standardsSupports annual Overhaul of equipment in own area by providing inputs towards preparation of detailed FIM activity plan and providing inputs towards Preparation of the list of required parts.Ensures execution of technical work in a safe way and that workplace is organized according to extant 5S standards especially after maintenance activitiesParticipates actively in work preparation processes prior to work execution following set procedures.Identify and resolve difficult equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives, as necessary.Provides required inputs (task, spares, tools, man hour) required by Maintenance planner inPlanning and scheduling Planned corrective maintenance orders in own work area.Carries out/participates in BD analysis of machine(s) to avoid re-occurrence, reduce minor stops, optimize maintenance cost, increase MTBF/MTBA and follows up on agreed countermeasures
