Job Objective

The Tech Recruitment Manager is responsible for identifying Tech Talents, filling organisations Tech needs, building tech communities with special focus on software developers and positioning the organisation as the go to place for Tech Recruitment. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Position the Organisation as the go-to place for Tech Recruitment

  • Develop tools and methodologies to screen and identify top Developers 

  • Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Help organisations close Tech talent needs gap

  • Pro-actively source for business opportunities around tech talents recruitment and development globally.

  • Successfully organize tech events

  • Build and nurture community for software developers

  • Generate thought leadership articles and contents to educate the market on tech recruitment.



  • Must have business development and customer service experience.

  • Prior experience as a software developer

  • Good experience in engineering management

  •  Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and talent

  • Ability to use prudent judgment and problem solving skills to make reasonable decisions and recommendations.

  • Must have strong knowledge and influence in the technology space – local and abroad

  • Ability to execute start-up strategy

  • Notable and influential in the tech community

  • Management experience that spans recruitment and  technology,

  • Entrepreneurial and start up mindset with a strong bias for technology and innovation

  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Should be a self-starter – who needs little or no management
